LOCATION

The City of Chillicothe has declared the following as surplus property and will be sold to the highest bidder located at 709 East Street, Chillicothe, MO. From Washington Street (Highway 65), turn East on Polk Street continuing to the far East part of town (East Street is the last street and is past the viaduct on Route V). Turn South on East Street for a short distance to the sale location. Auction signs posted on sale day!
