After 82 years of business serving North Missouri, the property has sold, and will be going out of business. All remaining inventory will be sold at public auction. This will be a timed online auction with every item selling absolute – without reserve.

LOCAL PICKUP ONLY. All items must be removed within these removal dates and times. No exceptions!

Any items left after the specified load out date will be considered forfeited. We will not be offering any additional load out dates or times. It will be the buyer's responsibility to dismantle & disconnect any and all items. Please bring your own packing materials, labor, tools & moving equipment. Any items that are left or forfeited, you as the high bidder are still responsible for paying for. If not settled and paid for, the auction company reserves the right to charge the credit card on file.

STAGGERED/SOFT CLOSING:

The auction will begin closing at 6:00 PM on Wednesday, December 20th. The closing time of a lot will be automatically extended an additional 2 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes on the lot's timer and will continue to do so until the timer runs out.

MISSOURI SALES TAX

All items in this auction are subject to Missouri state sales tax. If you are sales tax exempt, you will be required to fill out the Sales and Use Tax Exemption Certificate (Form 149).

BUYERS PREMIUM

A 10% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase. For example - If you bid $100.00, you will be charged $110.00 at checkout.

PAYMENT OPTIONS & INSTRUCTIONS

Successful buyers will be emailed an invoice at the conclusion of the auction. All purchases must be settled at load-out by cash, credit card, personal check or wire transfer. All purchases made with a credit card will have a 4% convenience fee added to the total.
