Due to the passing of Dr. William L. & Billie Fair, the following will be sold at the Chillicothe Elks Lodge located 401 Harvester Dr., Chillicothe, MO. On South Washington Street/ Highway 65, go east on Ryan Lane (Chillicothe Post Office) for 3 blocks to the sale location. Elks Lodge entry and parking on the south end of the building. Auction signs posted on sale day!

Dr. Fair was a long-time physician in Chillicothe and the Livingston County area having practiced his passion for over 34 years. Dr. Fair and his wife, Billie, were great supporters of their community and well known throughout the area. We at Teter Auction are honored to conduct this sale and will offer the following.
