From Chillicothe, MO take Hwy V east for 3.5 miles to county road LIV 234, then continue east on LIV 234 to sale location. From US Hwy 36 take county road LIV 259 north for 1.5 miles to LIV 234, turn left or west a short distance to sale location. Auction signs posted sale day.

Terry and Mary Smith have made the decision to retire after a very successful, lifelong farming career. Terry has taken extreme pride and exceptional care of all the equipment. This is a live on-site and live online auction. Every item sells absolute – without reserve. There will be very few small items so please be on time. Internet bidding will be available prior to and live during the auction. No on-site buyer’s premium! A loader and operator will be available following the auction.
